Repair Service Details

In Home

  • Technician appointments are available Monday - Friday, 11:30AM - 3PM, excluding most federal holidays. After hour and weekend appointments are available for an additional fee. Please call our offices for details.
  • An adult member of the household is required to be in the home for the entire duration of  the technicians visit. If, in the event that the sole adult on the premise must leave, the service fee must be paid in full and another appointment will be scheduled at that time for the conclusion of the appointment.
  • We service residences within Bradford County in PA and Broome and Tioga Counties in NY. Homes that do not reside within the city limits of Athens PA, Sayre PA, South Waverly PA, Towanda PA, Binghamton NY, Elmira NY, Horseheads NY, Vestal NY or Waverly NY will be subject to a travel fee.

 

 

Online

  • Technicians are available Monday - Friday, 10AM - 5PM, excluding most federal holidays. After hour and weekend appointments are available for an additional fee. Please call our offices for details.
  • Online support and service requires high speed Internet connection.
  • Payment is expected at the time of the appointment. All major credit cards are accepted.

 

 

In Store

  • Our Sayre PA offices are open Monday - Friday, 9AM-6PM, excluding most federal holidays.
  • All computer repairs must be dropped off for repair and picked up from a repair by an adult.
  • Payment is expected at the time of computer pick up. Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted.
